ROTTER studios is a photo, video and recording studio in the Chicago suburbs, based in Elgin, Illinois.
Our staff of artists specializes in pre and post production, having backgrounds in photography, graphic design, cinematography and audio engineering, along with music of course. ROTTER studios offers the best digital media with a friendly comfortable experience.
Projects range from multi - camera band music videos and live concerts to corporate seminars, instructional videos and commercials. There have also been many band demos and albums, along with commercial and film voice - over work, recorded in our pro tools multi - track recording studio. As for photography, we cover everything from headshots for bands, actors / actresses to concerts.
ROTTER studios was started in 1999 by Steve Rotter, who has been involved in photography and video production since the early 80s. Along with his cinematography passions, Steve started playing guitar in 1988, playing clubs throughout the Chicagoland area. After years of performing and recording in various bands as lead and rhythm guitar, Steve started ROTTER studios. It is here where passions for photo, video and audio are combined. We serve all of Chicago and suburbs, along with parts of Indiana and Wisconsin.
